General Terms

Account Registration

Minimum Deposit: ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within an average of 10 to 25 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfer requests, subject to KYC clearance.
Deposits are credited to your xbajiapp account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment network, typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transfers. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support at support@xbajiapp with your transaction reference number.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same xbajiapp account.
- xbajiapp reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request regardless of amount.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to the withdrawal amount.
- xbajiapp may place a temporary hold on large withdrawal requests (above ৳50,000) for enhanced security review, not to exceed three business days.
- Chargeback requests submitted to payment providers without first contacting xbajiapp support are treated as a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.
xbajiapp applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all account transactions. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds, to report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable regulations, and to freeze account balances pending investigation where financial crime is suspected.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
xbajiapp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, and tournament leaderboard prizes. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which will be published alongside each specific offer on the xbajiapp promotions page.
Bonus funds awarded by xbajiapp are ring-fenced from real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable real-money balance, the Player must complete the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be turned over in qualifying games before a withdrawal request including those funds will be approved.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
- Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using xbajiapp, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or financial information at any stage of registration, KYC, or payment processing.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes on xbajiapp.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game mode, tournament, or promotional contest.
- Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or payment processing discrepancies to obtain funds or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
- Using xbajiapp for any money laundering, financial crime, or terrorism-financing activity.

xbajiapp employs automated risk management systems and trained compliance personnel to monitor all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours may result in the immediate freezing of account funds pending investigation, with no obligation on xbajiapp to provide advance notice to the affected player.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
xbajiapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension include suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe, suspicious transaction patterns, or a request from a law enforcement or regulatory body.
Players may request voluntary closure of their xbajiapp account at any time by contacting the support team at support@xbajiapp. Upon receiving a valid closure request, xbajiapp will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal of real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
- Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period selected by the player.
- Players who have requested self-exclusion will be suppressed from all xbajiapp marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period.
- Accounts closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for re-registration under any identity.
- xbajiapp will retain account records and transaction history for a minimum period consistent with applicable record-keeping obligations, even after account closure.
If an account is suspended for investigative purposes, xbajiapp will aim to complete its internal review within 14 calendar days and communicate the outcome to the Player's registered email address. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajiapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to a technical fault, game provider outage, payment processing delay, or any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
xbajiapp makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or entirely free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible. During unplanned outages, xbajiapp will restore service as rapidly as possible and will review any bets affected by a confirmed platform malfunction on a case-by-case basis.
Game Provider Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction caused by a third-party provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe), the applicable game provider's void-game policy governs the outcome. xbajiapp will process refunds of staked amounts in accordance with the provider's published malfunction rules. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.
xbajiapp's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to xbajiapp in the 90-day calendar period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant cause of action arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits xbajiapp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
